Sourcing & working with wedding suppliers is one of the most time consuming aspects of organising a wedding; particularly if you have no idea where to start.

Whilst you can trawl through the Yellow Pages or traipse round wedding fairs, if like most of our bride & grooms, you are also trying to work full time, you might find you really do not have the time to invest in finding the best suppliers whilst keeping to your budget.

Similarly if you live abroad & are planning a wedding in this country, it can be a nightmare trying to contact wedding suppliers whilst allowing for time differences & trying not to run up a huge phone bill.

Organising a wedding involves selecting & liasing with a large number of wedding suppliers as well as being good at negotiating. If you have selected one of our wedding co-ordination packages, we will source & recommend wedding suppliers to you. Our wedding co-ordinators will chase for updates & check all the contracts. All communication with the wedding suppliers will be through one of our wedding organisers, unless you prefer to liaise direct of course. We will also provide the wedding suppliers with directions, details on the venue & your wedding schedule. One week prior to your wedding, we will run through your requirements with each supplier. On your Wedding Day, we will act as the main contact for the wedding suppliers & ensure that you get all the services you have been promised.

Alternatively if you do not require the full services of our wedding co-ordination packages, but need help in finding a specific type of wedding supplier, our wedding consultants can either provide you with the contact details of a selection of wedding suppliers or check availability, negotiate with the supplier(s) & make a booking for you. The latter is an element of our Partial Wedding Organisation service. If you do not have time to ring numerous photographers to see if they are available on your wedding day or if you need advice in choosing your evening entertainment, this service would be ideal for you.

We have a large database of wedding suppliers who we work with regularly & can recommend. We ensure the wedding suppliers we use have a good reputation & consistently high standards, provide a good quality product or service, are reliable & value for money.

Otherwise we will research & source new ones to meet your requirements. Although we try to work with wedding suppliers we know, if you would prefer to use a particular wedding supplier unknown to us, we would be happy to work with them. If we are using a wedding supplier whom we have sourced for the first time, we will ask for references.
