A Client's Opinion of our Venue Finding Services
We had been looking for a wedding location - it was our first (and hopefully last!) time in doing this, and we did not realise how complicated the choices were. We had looked in brochures, magazines and websites and it was getting very confusing and time consuming. Also we had certain requirements that had to be met (country house location, family and friends focused, hotel rooms within a budget, location not too large so you can get lost) and when looking through all the information it was not clear if they met our requirements. We both work full time, and did not really have the time to go through all the information.
I contacted Organised Events after having found their website - they were extremely informative and helpful in guiding me through my requirements, and helped me narrow down what was important and not so important e.g. bar extension, hotel rooms, fireplaces. I completed a pro forma that detailed what we wanted, our budget, numbers etc, and then Peta called to talk me through in more detail.
Peta came back in one week with a selection of locations, each one with a summary, details on location, what each offered, costings, hidden charges (e.g. cost for bar extension) - it was extremely thorough with information that you could not get from brochures. We could then narrow down the choice, and once complete, Organised Events sent out the relevant brochures and booked appointments to view. Within two weeks we had made our choice - Peta then negotiated us a price and got the hotel booked!!
I would absolutely recommend using Organised Events to find your wedding venue - it is a fantastic service, which takes away all the hassle and it is a real bargain! Throughout my dealings with Organised Events, they were extremely efficient, delivering on what they promised and kept in contact the whole way through the process. Organised Events are now helping me with sourcing the photographer, band etc
